VB6 arrays do start from zero. They only start from a different value if specified.

I found Dark Cloud 1 to be much more of a crisp game than Dark Chronicle. I suggest purchasing it if you don't happen to have it.

Most people will probably tell you to use nothing else other then MS4. I don't use any of the sources, but I would probably say go with MS4 since I am pretty sure its the most developed and most optimized.

I bet, I have used DX8 and made something with it myself. Stopped after a month or so of development, but I remember it being a little bit of a headache.

Mhmm, I did.

It seemed to work perfectly, yet the only thing that annoys me is for some reason things never seem to look as good in DX8 for me as they do for others in screenshots. Same goes for how it looked on my screen compared to yours. Although, I am a nitpicker so...

so i was bored at about 4am...and my friend gave me a picture and told me to make it 32x32. so of course i didnt mind the practice. Although here is the finished item. Personally i think it looks like crap, but wouldnt mind other peoples opinions.
