he took all that out and move dit around. either way they are all declared in te long run, making it the same size.

I can work on this and add in verrigans way if you guys wish, itll just take a day or two since i have classes.

If i find it, i actually have the complete code to fox's RSS, since he uses what we used in cryshall. We had an uber simple way to do HTMl, but i need to find the tutorial i made

You could always do exactly what dave said, using robins information. An instance map type that lets only epople in the aprty be sent to the player when it updates player information on map load. The only problem with that that needs a work around is possibly working on instancing through a dynamic ...

Well you can probably create a DLL to wrap the DirectX calls in another language, then call that from VB, but I see absolutely no point in doing that. It'd just be a waste of time. To my knowledge, and a quick internet search, DX9 has no way to be interfaced with VB6, just because Microsoft said so, and I couldn't find it, doesn't mean its not possible in some shape or form, since DX9 also contains DX8 and DX7.

It actually isn't though. There is alot of changes.

And VB is only supported until DX8, 9+ aren't compatible, or at least said not to be.

i just found this again today and started working on it. Added the database and checks a sent password, pretty cool since you don't need to screw with all that MySQL stuff =)

If you chose C++ I'd be more then willing to aid as well.

Even in C I may be able to offer something.

If it's C++, I can most specifically offer MSE++, which is mostly only server code, that needs a bit of a fixer up, but nothing more than that before its worked on more.
