My friend is helping me make a program I am working on...And he told me I need to find out my Winsock's name, but I have no clue how. And for some reason he won't explain to me how. So could some one here, please tell me how? I hope some one knows... |

winsock name... The only thing I could imagine is the name of the winsock control itself. It's a graphical element on whatever form you implement it on... a little box. Click it and look in the attributes window for it's name. |

I think your 'friend' is fucking with you. Throw dirt in his eyes and steal his pets. |

I think it's what Dave said though.. The name of the control and what not. |

It should tell you the control's name. Click on the winsock control, open up properties and it'll show it next to 'Name'. |
