So I'm trying a new GUI out for my game, let me know what you think. Also note that all my buttons have hover effects, as you can see on the login button.

nice, but i dont like the buttons they dont seem to go witht the top and scroll bar.

the top and scroll bar are part of my windows theme. Those are not on the actual game. I guess I'll have to repost a picture with the default windows skin...

A plain form with normal buttons and text boxes would look better than that. The background is just black and white pixels. The buttons are generic and were probably made in Jasc Paintshop. I would suggest either:
A) Finding someone who will make you a GUI.
B) Stick with normal form controls.

the buttons were made from an online editor called cooltext.com. I'm sick of trying to get someone to make a GUI for me and getting stood up, even when I offer to pay. so if I have to make my own GUI so be it, and it won't look nearly as good as anyone else's because image editing is not my strong suite.

Then use basic windows forms and controls until you can find someone. That will make things easier later on when you want to add in a good GUI anyways.

looks good, but the buttons and the text in the item desc. bug me for some reason xD

it's fixedsys is most likely why. I'll normalize all the fonts once I get the rest of the UI elements in. I want all the fonts (with exception of buttons and titles) to all by the same font. if you guys have any suggestions for nice clear professional fonts, let me know!
