| I myself have been developing a engine using mirage as a base as suggested by Consty to help revive mirage source but in the C language. isn't dynamic arrays just Normal arrays being redimed AS a bigger variable?

| hmm 0.0 Id say What you got there is close just get rid of the timer and make it Get tick. also Type DropRainRec x as long y as long speed as byte Randomized as byte End Type use byte instead of Boolean ^^. 1 or 0 Would work =]. and in the MapRec add Weather() As byte 1 rain 2 thundering rain 3 snow... |

I currently agree with Matt. DX8 is not needed. To tell you the truth DX8 is hard as hell to use, but if you want to try, here have at it http://rookscape.com/vbgaming/tutBN.php.
