| Post subject: | Question on decrypting player password |
I'm putting together a small PHP and MySQL based template engine to allow players to access certain functions and reports in the game without having to start up the game client (maybe they're at work or on a system that won't let them install software). Could anyone give me a few pointers on how to decrypt the password that 3.0.7 stores in the database please? |

3.0.7 uses AES encryption, though I am not sure of the bit (128, 192, or 256) and is a world-wide standard. here are some resources I pulled up for PHP and AES (also known as Rijndael): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advanced_E ... n_Standard http://bytes.com/forum/thread647674.html http://mcrypt.sourceforge.net/ |
