this is getting frustrating, it happens randomly, you enter your acc info and press connect and it will freeze on connected, sending login information...

then i close it, redo it and it connects in a second; everyones having this issue.. and ideas of a cause/fix?

I believe this issue is a random occurance because of the server timers.. If you do something similar to William's tutorial (to get rid of the server-side timers) it should be resolved..

Timers, in my experience, have a tendancy to not return control to a thread if they receive an error.. (I can't confirm this at this time) which can cause the loss of packets, and various other "random" issues that any user of MS has experienced.. (You say something, and the packet gets lost, so your message doesn't show up.. You send an attack message, and it doesn't attack.. etc. etc. etc.)
